1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HospoJobs ("the Platform"), operated by HospoJobs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all users, including job seekers, recruiters, employers, and visitors. Additional terms may apply to specific features such as promoted job listings.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One person or entity per account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Job Seekers
As a job seeker, you may browse job listings, create a profile, upload your CV, and apply for positions. You represent that all information you provide is truthful and that you have the legal right to work in Montenegro (or will disclose your work permit requirements accurately).
We do not guarantee employment. HospoJobs is a platform connecting seekers with employers - we are not a recruitment agency and do not make hiring decisions. Applications are sent directly to the employer or their representative.
4. Recruiters and Employers
As a recruiter or employer, you may post job listings, review applications, and manage your company profile. You represent that all job listings are genuine, for real positions, and comply with Montenegrin employment law including the Labour Law of Montenegro (Zakon o radu).
Job listings must not be misleading regarding pay, hours, location, or role responsibilities. Listings that discriminate on any prohibited basis will be removed. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
Paid features (promoted listings, employer branding) are subject to our pricing terms. Fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published unless otherwise stated.
5. Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit (CVs, job listings, company profiles). By posting content, you grant HospoJobs a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and store that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
You must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without written permission
- Use the Platform to spam, harass, or discriminate against any person
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
- Use automated tools to create accounts or submit applications
- Repost HospoJobs listings on other platforms without permission
6. Intellectual Property
The HospoJobs name, logo, design, and all Platform code, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to HospoJobs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, HospoJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, salary information, company profiles, or any user-generated content. We are not responsible for the conduct of employers, recruiters, or job seekers - including hiring decisions, interview outcomes, or workplace conditions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montenegro.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
